Sharmers Excursions, Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website and any booking made through Sharmers Excursions (“Sharmers”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this website or placing a booking, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and to place a booking. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must book and accept these Terms on your behalf.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

“Trip date/time” means the start time shown on your confirmation (local Egypt time). Cancellation cutoffs are calculated from that time.

1) Flights booked through Sharmers

Flight cancellations and changes are subject to the airline’s fare rules and fees (including any non refundable amounts).
Any airline fees, penalties, or ticket restrictions are your responsibility.
If requested, we will share the airline’s applicable rules and estimated fees before processing your cancellation or change.

2) Sharm El Sheikh excursions (local day trips)

If your trip takes place in Sharm El Sheikh, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the trip date/time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, or no shows, are not refundable.

3) Ferry, train, and bus excursions

A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount applies for these excursions.
Any additional third party penalties (carrier fees, ticket rules, supplier penalties) may also apply.

4) Nile Cruise bookings

If your Nile Cruise booking is confirmed with no advance payment, you may cancel up to 48 hours before the trip date/time with no fee.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the trip date/time, a 10% cancellation fee applies.
No shows are not refundable.

5) Cairo, Luxor, and Alexandria programs

Full payment is required at least 5 days before the trip date.
You may cancel up to 48 hours before the trip date/time for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for a 25% refund only (meaning 75% is non refundable) due to committed costs such as transport, guides, restaurants, Nile cruise reservations, and other arrangements.
No shows are not refundable.

Refund method and timing (applies to all refunds)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Bank fees, payment gateway fees, and currency conversion differences may be deducted where applicable.
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days (timing may vary by bank or card issuer).

Unless stated otherwise, Sharmers and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and all material on the website. All rights are reserved.

You may view pages, download them for caching purposes, and print them for your personal use, subject to the restrictions below.

You must not:

Republish material from this website (including republication on another website).
Sell, rent, or sub license material from this website.
Show any material from the website in public for commercial purposes.
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit material on this website for a commercial purpose.
